Thank you for choosing DropTheVibe. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we have created a return policy to ensure that the process is as smooth and easy as possible.
Our return policy allows for returns to be issued as store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date. If there was an original shipping fee, it is non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
It may take up to 3 business days for us to issue store credit once we receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we make it right for you ASAP.
Final Sale or Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
